Generally speaking, it is possible for you to visit the Microfact Site without disclosing any personal information about yourself. In any case, you are under no obligation to provide such information to ADA ASBL and BRS VZW.

Purposes of processing
ADA ASBL and BRS VZW may process your Personal Information:

Only ADA ASBL and BRS VZW will have access to your Personal Information. Right of access and communication of data
You have the right to access Personal Information about yourself.

Right to rectify data

ADA ASBL and BRS VZW undertake to respond to your request for access, rectification or opposition, or to any other additional request for information, within a reasonable period which shall not exceed 1 month from receipt of your request.
Authorised service providers and transfer to a third country of the European Union
ADA ASBL and BRS VZW inform you that it uses authorised service providers to facilitate the collection and processing of the data you have given to us. These service providers may be located outside the European Union and have access to data collected through the various forms on the Site (with the exception of the form allowing you to exercise your rights and freedoms, which is provided and operated by ADA ASBL and BRS VZW).
ADA ASBL and BRS VZW have previously ensured that its service providers have implemented adequate guarantees and that strict conditions regarding the confidentiality, use and protection of data are respected. Vigilance has been directed in particular towards the legal basis for any transfer of data to a third country.
